Hello! We are Helen and Crystal.
We created She Thrives because we wanted a space for women just like us, and we couldn’t find anything that aligned with our vision—so we made it happen!
After a few pub planning sessions and searching Swansea for the perfect venue, we’re excited to finally launch our dream community.
Meet Crystal...
Crystal is a Marketing Specialist with over 20 years experience and her most recent role was Head of International Marketing at Swansea University. She recently left the corporate world during maternity leave with her second daughter, to launch her coaching and marketing business full time.
Meet Hels....
Helen is an award-winning entrepreneur and Business Growth Specialist. With over 25 years of experience across multiple industries, she’s helped build and grow many successful businesses, including scaling a well-known retail brand (@FlyingTiger) to nine UK stores and a £6 million turnover.
Helen now works with businesses and entrepreneurs, sharing her knowledge and skills to help others thrive.
A lover of cake, walking, dogs, red wine, yoga and peace and quiet!
